”When you're a solo practitioner, you have a lot of independence, which I thought I would lose some of it working at the setting of a corporate practice. But it actually was not the case. One of the things that I enjoy about working with Blue River is the fact that we have autonomy in the things we do, the decisions we make at the local level. In other words, yes, we are a corporate practice, but the decisions we may make on a daily basis are not mandated by corporate. I’m able to focus on medicine and the things that I enjoyed the most, the ones that I'm most passionate about, which is what keeps me going despite being in the business for 26 years.
